Hogwarts Legacy is currently the most wishlisted game on Steam, according to analysis performed by SteamDB.

In approximately a month, players will get a chance to explore the most magical place on Earth, 1800s Britain.

The conversation around Hogwarts Legacy seems to only be growing as the date of the game’s release comes closer, sometimes even in negative ways.

Harry Potter creator J.K. Rowling’s personal beliefs have made any enjoyment for the franchise unacceptable – even leading to Limited Run Games firing a staffer over the matter.

Fans are showing their hype regardless by wishlisting and pre-purchasing the game, which is available on Steam for $59.99. A deluxe version of the game is also available for pre-order at $69.99.

The game may sit at the top of SteamDB’s list, it’s unclear what metrics are involved. Hogwarts Legacy sits at the top of the list overall, but it’s a distant second behind the wacky physics party game Party Animals in terms of followers through Steam.

Hogwarts Legacy is set to launch on February 10th, 2023 across Windows PC (via Steam), Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5 – with some kind of port for Switch later.
