Nintendo has announced a new Hello, Mario! app for both smartphones and Switch, a new app with a modern take on the famous Mario title screen from Super Mario 64.

The new app will be released on August 26th for smartphones and Switch as part of a new series of Mario-themed products, mostly designed for young children.

A free smart device app and Nintendo Switch software that children can play intuitively by pulling Mario’s face, or turning it around and around on the screen. Mario will react in various ways based on the player’s input, allowing parents and young children to play together and enjoy each reaction they see.
