HARVESTELLA

HARVESTELLA producer Daisuke Taka has announced he’s leaving Square Enix next month.

“I will be leaving Square Enix at the end of April,” Taka said on Twitter. “Yesterday was my last day at work! I am very happy that many people are still playing HARVESTELLA, which was released the year before last, and I am very proud to be the creator of this game. I would like to thank all the players, distributors, video viewers, and staff who were involved in the development of the game.”

He added, “As for my personal future, I am completely undecided. Most people say they are undecided, but they have already decided what to do next, but in my case, I am ‘completely undecided’! How reckless!

“I would love to be a part of something interesting, and I would like to create something new, so please feel free to contact me regardless of whether you are a professional or an amateur. I’m not a drinker, but I’d love to hear from you, even if it’s just an invitation for a drink. See you soon.”

HARVESTELLA has been available since November 2022 for Nintendo Switch and PC via Steam. Check out our review on the game!
