Carmageddon: Reincarnation, the fourth entry in the Carmageddon vehicular combat series, will be lauching on April 23, according to the above announcement trailer. The game will be available on Windows, Linux, and Mac PCs (through Steam), as well as Playstation 4 and Xbox One.

The developers say there’s still quite a bit of bug-squashing to do, mostly in multiplayer, and that’s what they’re focusing on now. While the game will not have modding tools at launch, those are planned for a post-launch update.

The video illustrates the game’s racing and tag-team gameplay, and showcases the destruction and gore (courtesy of the humans, cows, and penguins in the game) that we can expect.
