Square Enix has released both version 1.19 and 1.20 updates for Final Fantasy XV.
The updates bring various fixes and compatibility updates for the game, as well as the ability to swap characters in the main story.
Here’s the patch notes for both updates:
Version 1.19
- Implementation of character swap feature (available in Ascension: Techniques)
- Conclusion of online support for timed quests
- Addition of compatibility with “Episode Ignis”
- Addition of pieces from “Multiplayer Expansion: Comrades” and “Episode Ignis” to music player tracklist
- Various bug fixes
Version 1.20
- Various bug fixes
In related news, Square Enix is planning at least three new “Episode” expansions for Final Fantasy XV, beginning with one focused on the character Ardyn Izunia.
