Dissidia Final Fantasy: Opera Omnia is Delayed to Early 2017

Square Enix has announced a delay for Dissidia Final Fantasy: Opera Omnia.

Their upcoming smartphone game based on the cross-game fighter will release sometime early next year in Japan, forgoing its planned 2016 release. Square mentioned a need to squash a few more bugs found in the game.

A few new characters were confirmed as well, including: Galuf Halm Baldesion (Final Fantasy V), Sephiroth (Final Fantasy VII), Squall (Final Fantasy VIII), Eiko (Final Fantasy IX), Shantotto (Final Fantasy XI), Vanille (Final Fantasy XIII), and Ace (Final Fantasy Type-0).
