NIS America have announced the launch of the third pair of DLC characters for Disgaea 6: Defiance of Destiny; Killia and Usalia.
As previously reported, the Netherworlds across the multiverse are being destroyed by the God of Destruction; a being that appears without rhyme or reason and devastates all in its wake. Yet, a young zombie boy called Zed waltzes into the Darkest Assembly, and claims to have defeated it. While Overlord Ivar doubts his capabilities, the secret may lie in Super Reincarnation.
Both the new DLC characters come from Disgaea 5: Alliance of Vengeance. Protagonist Killa rose from the gutter and trained under a powerful demon, only for his power to be stolen by Void Dark, and his master’s daughter killed in the process. He tore a bloody path of vengeance across multiple Netherworlds.
Usalia was the princess of the peaceful Toto Bunny Netherworld. However, she was cursed that if she continued to eat carrots, she would turn into a horrible beast. Her only way to stave off the curse was to eat her least favorite food at the time; curry. The demon who cursed her forced her Netherworld under subjugation, and after killing Usalia’s parents became the target of her revenge.

As previously reported, these and more DLC characters can be purchased via the Season Pass for all 15 characters by mid-August 2021, along with alternate colors for characters and equipment. The Season Pass includes the following:

The Season Pass is available for $34.99 USD. In earlier news, the game’s free DLC includes a pack of four characters from prior games; Adell, Rozalin, the female version of Laharl, and Asagi. The Hololive DLC is also free, with characters based on VTubers Tsunomaki Watame (Evil Eye), Rushia Uruha (Succubus), Fubuki Shirakami (Prinny), Flare Shiranui (Psychic), and Polka Omaru (Mage).
Disgaea 6: Defiance of Destiny is available in the west on Nintendo Switch. The game is available in Japan on Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4.
