Bandai Namco has announced Digimon Alysion, a new trading and battling card game set in the beloved Digimon franchise.

Digimon Alysion is in development for both iOS and Android as a free-to-play release, though a release date wasn’t announced. The game has an English version of its official website, suggesting a worldwide release is planned.

The new game is based on the Digimon Card Game, also known as Digi-Battle, the once-popular but now out of print tabletop card game for the franchise. New cards will be introduced and both new Digimon and characters will also be included.
