Arkane Studios announced their timeloop first person shooter, Deathloop, has achieved over 5 million players since its launch back in September 2021.
During this announcement, the developer shared some interesting stats about how many of their players’ playthroughs went.
For example, both Colt’s and Julianna’s most used trinkets were the Spring Heeled, which both characters share as something they can use.
Meanwhile, only 4,446 even took the chance to equip Colt with the Poisoned Chalice – an item that only drains his health with no benefits in return.

That means less than a staggeringly small 0.08% of players used this item at all. Most of these players likely either did so as a joke, or because of a challenge run.
Deathloop managing this feat is likely thanks to its arrival on Xbox. Previously, the game was a console exclusive to PlayStation during its launch in 2021 and now has the benefit of being available to players via Xbox Game Pass.
Deathloop is available now for Windows PC (via Steam), PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S. In case you missed it, you can find our review for the game here.
