Western anime streaming site Crunchyroll has come under fire for having awful English subtitles for the first episode of The Yuzuki Family’s Four Sons (Yuzuki-san Chi no Yon Kyoudai).

People on Twitter were sharing screenshots of the subtitles, which were oddly worded, lacked in punctuation, and had other bizarre mistakes:

Many were of the notion that the script was perhaps AI-translated, and the subtitled episode was so badly received that Crunchyroll eventually took it down from their service.
