Code Name: Steam Has a Sing-along Trailer, Wil Wheaton Voices Abraham Lincoln

[Editor’s note: are sing-along trailers a thing now?]

Code Name: Steam, the upcoming turn-based strategy game with elements of third-person shooters, has a new trailer out, which you can watch above.

The game is about a steampunk, Victorian-era London in which Abraham Lincoln creates a Strike Team Eliminating the Alien Menace (S.T.E.A.M.) in order to fight back alien invaders. We haven’t known who would be voicing Abraham Lincoln, but Nintendo of America have now announced via Twitter that Wil Wheaton will be responsible for the voice of Honest Abe. Some people on Twitter seem happy about this, but the response appears to be largely negative.

Code Name: Steam (subtitled Lincoln vs Aliens in Japan) will be available on the Nintendo 3DS on March 13 in North America, May 14 in Japan, and May 15 in Europe.
