Check Out New Screens and Artwork for Tales of Berseria

Tales of Berseria 5-16-2016 - 38

Bandai Namco has released a multitude of 1080p screenshots today for Tales of Berseria alongside some awesome new high-res art.

The new screens show a bunch of the characters as well as a few new ones like the lizard daemon Dyle. The screenshots also show a bit of the equipment screens, giving us the opportunity to see the way activating new skills is done through equipment; three kinds can be seen in the screens here – “Master Skill”, “Enhancing Bonus”, and “Random Skill”. Also included are some shots of Mystic Arts and their cut-ins.

Tales of Berseria is releasing in Japan on August 18th on PS3 and PS4. The west has to wait until early 2017, but will get the game on PS4 and PC through Steam.

I'm a pretty chill guy. Huge video game fan, but a bigger anime fan. I also love to write - obviously.

Hard to believe it now but the Tales series used to be huge on Nintendo consoles.

Yeah guess everything is better off not associating with Nintendo.

More like Symphonia was big on the gamecube, otherwise most of them are on things other than nintendo consoles.

I must say this edgy gal is quite the improvement over that doofus Sorey.

Hoping the rest of the game follows suit.

They were until they started releasing on other consoles. Tales of the Abyss sold just as well but doesn’t get the nostalgia drool Symphonia does because Symphonia was one of the very last JRPGs worth playing on a Nintendo home console for a very long time, and they were already rare with Nintendo thanks to The PS1 and a little known game called FF7.

The Tales series was never that big on Nintendo consoles to begin with. The only reason why most people think so is because Symphonia was the most successful in the west, and it just happened to be released on the Gamecube.

A majority of Tales games have been on Playstation consoles.

    What makes you say that?

Why you know of some censorship that was missed or assume Yasuhiro Fukaya is lying? Until some evidence is brought forth that it’s censored I am buying it.

I assume it’s censored until proven otherwise so long as it’s Japanese.
