Farbs have released a free co-op multiplayer “Captain Together” update for their ship-building shooter, Captain Forever Trilogy.
Containing three games (Captain Forever, Captain Successor, and Captain Impostor) tasks you with building spaceships from the wreckage of defeated foes. While you can bolt on the parts almost anywhere, the ships are physically simulated, meaning the ship’s overall shape can affect how it flies.
The update adds a new game to the pack, called Captain Together. This is a special multiplayer mode based on the features and mechanics of Captain Successor, and supports up to four players via local co-op, or Steam’s Remote Play feature.

Build. Fly. Build. Shoot. Build.
In Captain Forever you build spaceships while you are flying them. There’s no cumbersome editor. Just blast an enemy ship apart, grab a piece with your mouse, and bolt it to your ship. Done. What’s more, everything is physically simulated so ship design has a huge impact on flight characteristics and combat capability.

Captain Forever Trilogy includes the games Captain Forever, Captain Successor, and Captain Impostor. Forever is the original, award winning game. It’s vanilla.
