The winners of the Newtype Anime Awards 2022-2023 have been revealed, and socially awkward heroine series Bocchi the Rock! took home the prize for “best anime”.
The event took place on October 28th, and all anime that aired between June 2022 and July 2023 qualified for awards. There were 13 total categories:
