Publisher Interplay and developer Black Isle Studios announced a release date for modern ports of Baldur’s Gate: Dark Alliance II.
The previously announced re-release of the classic RPG is launching on July 20th across Windows PC (via Steam, GOG, and the Epic Games Store), Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 5. The new ports include upgraded visuals for up to 4K on supported devices, as well as local co-op.
The original Baldur’s Gate: Dark Alliance was re-released back in May 2021 across Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PlayStation 4, while its PC release (via Steam and GOG) came a bit later in December 2021.
