Nippon Ichi Software Announces Time Loop Adventure Murder-Mystery Game Asatsugutori

Asatsugutori

Nippon Ichi Software has announced time loop adventure murder-mystery game Asatsugutori for Switch and PS4.

Asatsugutori is launching in Japan on November 25 for both Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4, news confirmed in the latest issue of Famitsu (via ryokutya2089). The game will be priced at 7,678 yen.

The game stars eight girls that are gathered to live together in a mysterious building where they don’t know who will be killed or when they’ll be killed. When an incident occurs and the girl is killed, the hero’s time warping ability is activated. Rewind to the time before the incident and move to the search part.

During the search and investigation gameplay elements, the protagonist will go back in time before the murder and investigate what could have led to the crime.

Since the information gathered depends on the time of day, the investigation happens in real-time and you’ll have to go back multiple times to find all the clues. Victims may not always work with the protagonist as they don’t know they will die.

Nippon Ichi Software has been teasing the new game Asatsugutori with their teaser site. An official reveal is expected tomorrow, August 5.
