Genshin Impact Kaedehara Kazuha: Wandering Winds Character Demo Trailer

Genshin Impact Kaedehara Kazuha

MiHoYo have released the gameplay Kaedehara Kazuha showcase; the next character about to be added to gacha action-RPG, Genshin Impact.

Kaedehara Kazuha is the next character being added to the game as the second half of the 1.6 Midsummer Island Adventure update. He is a 5-star Anemo sword-wielder, and will be the first character from Inazuma to get released in the full version of the game.

Kaedehara will be introduced to the story as part of the upcoming Archon Quest, Autumn Winds, Scarlet Leaves. This quest will build up to the events in Inazuma, the highly anticipated new region coming later this year. He will apparently play a fairly significant role in the Inazuma story quests.

The new character will be available as part of the upcoming Leaves in the Wind limited time character event wish. This banner will also feature increased pull rates for the 4-star characters Rosaria, Bennett, and Razor. The banner will go live today, replacing the current Sparkling Steps banner that showcased Klee, and will run until July 20th.

You can find the character showcase trailer below.

In addition to the Leaves in the Wind banner and the new Archon Quest, the second phase of update 1.6 will also have a new Epitome Invocation weapon banner. This is focused on the 5-star weapons Skyward Atlas and Freedom-Sworn, as well as the 4-star weapons The Alley Flash, Wine and Song, Alley Hunter, Favonius Greatsword, and Dragon’s Bane.

Genshin Impact has a number of currently ongoing and upcoming limited time events as well. In the Legend of the Vagabond Sword event, players fight supped up versions of the Primo Geovishap, Oceanid, and Maguu Kenki boss fights. Each of these fights has a wide range of modifiers that can be activated to increase the difficulty, as well as the rewards.

The Kaboomball Kombat event starts on July 2nd, and involves players challenging the Dodofortress to acquire Enigma Gears that can be traded in at an event shop for various rewards. Meanwhile, the Never-Ending Battle event involves clearing out enemy camps within a set time limit to receive rewards, and starts on July 9th.

Genshin Impact is available and free-to-play on Windows PC (via the official website), PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Android, iOS, and coming soon to Nintendo Switch. In case you missed it, you can find our review here (we recommend it!)
