SNK Corporation have have released a new gameplay teaser trailer for The King of Fighters XV focused on Terry Bogard.
The poster child for the series and SNK Corporation, he has appeared in every Fatal Fury and The King of Fighters games. An orphan along with his brother Andy, he was taken in by Jeff Bogard. He began to train in martial arts after his adoptive father was killed by crime boss Geese Howard.
His fighting style combines his own father and his master’s teachings, along with various styles he learned across the US; including boxing, kung fu, kickboxing, street fighting, and karate. Tung Fu Rue, the aforementioned master, taught him Hakkyokuseiken; allowing him to command his own body’s chi energy alongside his fighting techniques.
This manipulation of energy manifests in his signature moves; Power Wave, Power Geyser, Burn Knuckle, Crack Shot, and Buster Wolf. While endlessly cheerful and friendly, those with true malice in their hearts are sure to learn why he is called “The Legendary Wolf.”
Unlike prior trailers, we see more gameplay than usual, with Terry facing off against Andy Bogard and Joe Higashi.
