World’s End Club Heads to Nintendo Switch May 25

World's End Club

NIS America and developer IzanagiGames have announced adventure puzzle game World’s End Club is heading to Nintendo Switch.

Originally launching on Apple Arcade for iOS in September 2020, the game was gradually updated to continue the story. The story is focused on a Tokyo elementary school club called the Go-Getters Club, made up of students who are otherwise different than other kids. During a school trip, they end up in an accident, and awaken in an under sea theme park.

While initially caught in a death game, they manage to escape, and venture out into the world once again; only to find it abandoned and suffering abnormal events. Players must use the skills of the kids to solve puzzles to progress, and work out what has happened to the world.

The game’s story was penned by Kotaro Uchikoshi and Kazutaka Kodaka of the creators of the Zero Escape and Danganronpa series.

You can find the announcement below via the Nintendo Direct presentation (35:34), and the Japanese trailer below.

World’s End Club is available now on iOS, and May 25th on Nintendo Switch. You can find the full rundown (via Nintendo) below.
