Sony Interactive Entertainment have released a gameplay trailer for Destruction AllStars, focusing on the game’s characters and their vehicles.

As previously reported, players duke it out in vehicle based combat, slamming into one another. When players are thrown from the vehicle, their hero can duck, dodge, throw punches, and jump into another; ready to use their own abilities.

The latest trailer focuses on the various wild and wacky 16 characters in the game. Luchadores, cardboard box-wearing lunatics, hip-hop stars, and more all have their own vehicles and special abilities when driving and on foot. Seven were shown in the trailer.

Whether stealing a car that would belong to another player’s hero will grant you that vehicle’s abilities is unknown. In the trailer we only see heroes jumping into their own car.
