Granblue Fantasy: Versus Heads to PC March 13, Narmaya DLC Launches March 3 in Japan

Granblue Fantasy: Versus

Cygames have announced Granblue Fantasy: Versus will be coming to Windows PC, along with the Japanese release date for DLC character Narmaya.

According to Granblue Fantasy Wiki, Narmaya (the Fluttering Swordswoman) is obsessed with improving her skills with a blade. She especially wants to be noticed by Eahta, a distant relative that she looked up to as a child.

Her gameplay style (both in the mobile game, and here) involves her switching between her Dawnfly and Freeflutter stances, granting her different styles of attack.

Along side the second DLC character, players will receive a lobby avatar, an in-game icon, two RPG mode quests, and a free skin for Granblue Fantasy on mobile devices.

You can find the DLC trailer below:

The Narmaya DLC will launch March 3rd in Japan. A western release date has not been confirmed at this time.

Eagle-eyed readers are sure to notice the end of the trailer shows a Steam logo. Cygames (the game’s Japanese publisher) have announced the game will also be heading to Windows PC (via Steam) on March 13th by “North American Time” (technically March 14th the same time in Japan).

There are two caveats however. First, the game will not support crossplay with the PlayStation 4 version. Second, product codes to receive promotional items in Granblue Fantasy on mobile devices will not be available through the Steam version.

Due to mentioning “North American Time” (translation: Google Translate), and how most Steam releases are worldwide, we imagine this means the Steam version of the game will also be available worldwide at the time of its release.

In case you missed it, we recently reported that the physical premium edition of the game has been cancelled in Europe.

Granblue Fantasy: Versus is out now in Japan on PlayStation 4, and launches March 3rd in North America, and March 27th in Europe, and Australia. Once again, the game will also be heading to Windows PC (via Steam) on March 13th.
