Colopl have announced (via Famitsu) Shironeko New Project has been delayed.

Originally slated for 2020 in Japan on Nintendo Switch, producer Hiroki Asai discussed the delay on the Shironeko Project livestream. Hiroki explained the delay came from the game not meeting the quality “fans expect” at its current stage of development.

In addition Hiroki announced he would be leaving Colopl in the future, becoming a freelancer. None the less, he would still be the publicity producer (“Neko Ambasador”) for the game.

At this time, no new release windows has been stated.
