Phantasy Star Online 2Â has been out for some time now, and Sega has been adding new content to the game – despite it not being officially released outside of Asia.
Now, a new update for the game has added a new item that many fans were likely demanding – massive anime breasts.
The giant breasts are actually part of a new content update, and are not part of the character – they’re an in-game fashion item called simply “Big Boobs Pad.”
As the massive mammaries are an item, you have to pick them up – and they’re reportedly expensive.
It’s worth pointing out the breasts can be scaled in size – the above image (via tukumo81) is the absolute maximum size they can be adjusted to.

Since these are an in-game accessory item, you can stack them for some hilarious results (via dd_of_rockbear), like so:
The update has some other things like new enemies, a new wedding-themed lobby event, new missions, several new weapons, and so on.
Honestly, you’re all probably downloading the game now simply because of the big boobs.
Phantasy Star Online 2 has been available for Windows PC, PlayStation 4, PS Vita, and Nintendo Switch.
