Japan Now Has Official Pokemon Weddings

Nintendo and The Pokemon Company are making Pokemon-themed stuff for basically everything these days. Now, they’re offering official Pokemon-themed weddings in Japan.


The weddings are being handled by ESCRIT, a Japanese company that specializes in wedding ceremonies. Featured above as well as below, the first photos of the first Pokemon-licensed wedding ceremony have been revealed.

As this is an officially licensed Pokemon wedding, everything has some kind of Pokemon emblazoned on it, even the cakes to the food:

There’s no word on how expensive an officially licensed Pokemon wedding is, but you can register over on the official ESCRIT website if you’re looking to get hitched with giant Pikachus looking on, and probably cheering you both.
