Level-5 has shared the opening movie for Yo-Kai Watch: Romance of the Three Kingdoms.

Featured above, you can view the opening movie for the upcoming Koei Tecmo + Omega Force-collaboration, which sees you take control of various yo-kai in the series’ first strategy/simulation spinoff.

Over 400 yo-kai are set to appear in the game, with various historical military commanders all being replaced by said yo-kai (Editor’s Note: it’s a common thing in these sorts of Three Kingdoms spinoffs).

Yo-Kai Watch: Romance of the Three Kingdoms (or Yo-kai Sangokushi in Japanese) will launch on April 2nd in Japan, for the Nintendo 3DS.
