Mother Russia Bleeds Splatters Onto Steam

Blood-soaked and highly stylized soviet-era side-scrolling beat-em-up Mother Russia Bleeds finally made that next step towards being released, and that is with its appearance on Steam. With a tweet this morning announcing the news, the highly anticipated indie brawler now gets a community on Valve’s service where people can discuss the game’s finer points.

Due sometime in 2016, the game takes place in an alternate 1980s USSR that is as bloody, raw, and violent as you would hope it’d be. Influenced by genre classics like Streets of Rage and Final Fight, Mother Russia Bleeds should satisfy that old-fashioned knuckle-bashing gameplay that dominated the local arcades three decades ago.

Besides the new Steam page, you can also follow the game on its official site.
