Persona 5 Western Release Still on Track for 2015

Sony’s E3 2015 press conference seemed to come through like a mach truck, but there was an unfortunate lack of some Persona news that many fans were hoping to get – a release date for Persona 5 in the west.

Thankfully, a new (but without any new footage) trailer was uploaded by Atlus today – the same gameplay trailer we saw in February. However, in the description for the trailer (you’ll have to navigate to its actual YouTube page) has the message: “Coming to the Americas on PS3 and PS4 in 2015.”

We’ll keep you guys posted.

The only playstation game I am looking forward to.

And kudos for pointing out the trailer holds no new footage, saves me time.

    Western = EU + NA

NA only = North American release

Fix the mistake, even as you mentioned video says “Coming to the Americas on PS3 and PS4 in 2015.”

I wish they released this game for PC i would definitely buy it on day one

Sadly so far it seems like i will have to play it using the ps3 emulator in a year or two, not much i can do if they dont want my money.

C’mon NISA announce something, I need this fucking game and Atlus won’t do it (or they will but it’ll be digital only)

Atlus doesn’t just localize Persona they’re the actual producers. NISA cannot touch that even if they wanted to.

Well given that they handled the EU release of P4G and PQ, i’m not entirely sure what you’re talking about

I didn’t think it’d be coming out this year, but it must be on track for November at the earliest at this rate…

Are you seriously complaining about a console game that’s always been on the console not being on the PC?

Lol its been a decade now and the ps3 emu is still not fully functional, waiting another 5 yrs is realistic though just to make it just run.

The usual anti emulator BS, a year or two is a much more realistic timeline, the current emulator is a step away from running commercial games.

The emulator doesnt need to be perfect for a game to be playable and popular games, like persona, always get supported first, a graphical glitch or two are not going to kill anyone.

There havent been emulators for the last gen yet because there is little demand for them, most games that gen were multiplatform

    Are you stupid or mad?
Last gen consoles especially PS3 has some of the best exclusives yet.
Of course you poor PC Port Beggars want it desperately and lmao, ok tell me in 2 yrs when it’s done LOL
