Disaster Report and Raw Danger on Japanese Playstation Store from February 18

Granzella acquired the rights to the survival action-adventure series, Disaster Report, from Irem last year, and announced they would be reviving the series.

Things are proceeding as planned. Disaster Report (SOS: The Final Escape in Europe) and Raw Danger, the first two titles in the series, will be released as PS2 Classics on the Japanese Playstation Store. Granzella have released a video for the upcoming occasion, which you can watch above.

The first Disaster Report is set on a fictional, man-made island, which falls apart in the wake of an earthquake; players take control of reporter Masayuki Sudou, and try to get off the island. In the sequel, Raw Danger, players assume the role of five different characters who must escape a flooded city, and the choices they make with each character influences the others throughout the game.

Both games will be available from February 18, and will cost 1,000 yen.

Thanks, Famitsu.
