Out Run, the racing classic designed by Yu Suzuki and the team at Sega AM2, is the next game to get the 3D treatment in Sega’s ongoing series that they’ve been releasing on the Nintendo 3DS.

The news was confirmed via a very astute sleuth on NeoGAF who goes by the name of DeathCobra, and apparently it took some very curious combinations of potential archive addresses, until which they found the proper address (that is meant for a later reveal).

A release date will naturally not be confirmed until the game is officially confirmed – hopefully it will get a global launch like previous games in the 3D classics series.
