• Microsoft Acquires Undead Labs, Playground Games, Ninja Theory, and Compulsion Games

    Microsoft has announced they’re acquiring several independent developers.

    The publisher is acquiring Undead Labs and Playground Games, the developers behind State of Decay and Forza Horizon, respectively.


    Microsoft also confirmed the acquisition of Hellblade, DmC, and Enslaved developers Ninja Theory.

    Lastly, Microsoft Studios has agreed to acquire We Happy Few developers Compulsion Games.
