SNK to Show Off “Classic NEOGEO Project” at EVO 2017

SNK has announced a curious new reveal for this year’s EVO.

The company will show off a “Classic NEOGEO Project” at the booth they share with Atlus and Sega.

“A new Classic NEOGEO project will be exhibited at the ATLUS/SEGA – SNK booth during EVO!” SNK teased on Twitter. “What could it be?”

The company also put out a Japanese tweet that makes it obvious the game will be playable, too. This year’s EVO runs from July 14th through the 16th, so stay tuned to our coverage of the event.

What could the new game be? A follow-up to Garou: Mark of the Wolves? The producer behind The King of Fighters XIV has expressed his desire to make such a game. Sound off in the comments below with your hopes of the new SNK title!
