Gainax’s Princess Maker 2 Heads to Steam on October 3

Prior to screwing with anime fans’ minds with the Evangelion series, Japanese studio Gainax started a video game series called Princess Maker.

The second game in the series, Princess Maker 2, is getting an official English release on PC via Steam – by way of Korean publisher CFK.

The updated version, subtitled Princess Maker 2 Refine, appropriately comes with visual enhancements like full color and high-res art not seen in the original version.

Featured above, you can view the game’s announcement trailer. Launching October 3rd, fans will be able to get the game for $19.99. However, pre-orders open up on September 26th, and they include a 20% discount.

The game will also include full Japanese voice-overs, as well as Steam Achievements and Trading Cards.
