The NieR: Automata devs have uploaded a video in which they teased a “big announcement” for their upcoming game.

While they didn’t give any info as to what the announcement would entail, it’s possible that it could be the game’s release date, which as of writing this has only been given a 2017 date.

Keiichi Okabe, the game’s composer, also released an alternate of the game’s main theme, this time sung by J’Nique Nicole. You can listen to the new version in the video below.

The “big announcement” for NieR: Automata is expected to be made on September 17th, 2016, during Tokyo Game Show.
