• Dissidia Final Fantasy Arcade Adds First Playable Villain, Garland

    Square Enix has confirmed a new playable character for Dissidia Final Fantasy Arcade.

    The game will get its first playable villain, Garland from the original Final Fantasy. The news was confirmed during a livestream this morning.


    Garland will be voiced by Koji Ishii, and will play as a “heavy” type combatant. A release date for when Garland will be added to the game was not confirmed.

    Finally, Square Enix also confirmed a new update for the game that adds new costume colors, weapon changes, and the usual character balancing.
