    You can, but this shows you how to go about it and the skills needed.

    It’s not just “Stack deflection” either, it’s also about knowing which weapon to specialize in, which is why I stress spears, since they augment reach (which works with splash damage) and helps alleviate the accuracy weakness that the Barbarian suffers from, which is another topic I go over.

    Some things I found out while playing around with characters. One Stands Alone is either bugged or broken right now. It adds +20 damage to everything instead of what I assume is supposed to be a +20% damage increase. Things like a fire godlike’s racial ability and retaliate are also affected I think.

    Equipment with retaliate doesn’t go through an accuracy pass. As long as you take damage, the enemy will take damage. The barbarian’s carnage is also applied with the retaliate damage.

    Equipping armor and a shield with retaliate will cause damage from both items.

    Hopefully it gets patched to even it out, but who knows. Last I read, we won’t be getting 1.5 until next month.
