• YuruYuri spin-off Oomuro-ke premieres next year

    YuruYuri Oomuro-ke

    A spin-off of YuruYuri called Oomure-ke (Oomuro Family) is set to premiere next year in 2024.

    The main series of YuriYuri is an ongoing title serialized in Comic Yuri Hime, a magazine for Yuri and Girls’ Love manga intended for a female audience since 2008, and continues to this day.

    YuruYuri follows the daily lives of the Amusement Club at Nanamori Middle School. The club consists of four friends, Akari Azaka, Yui Funami, Kyoko Toshino, and Chinatsu Yoshikawa. An anime series came out in 2012 from studio Doga Kobo, and numerous one-off OVAs and shorter spin-off series have continued to 2019.
