    Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel topped 20 million downloads

    Publisher and developer Konami announced Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel topped 20 million downloads worldwide.

    To celebrate, Konami is giving away 1,000 in-game gems to all players who log on from now until April 25th.


    Konami also confirmed they’re adding a new story chunk to the game’s single player, titled “Fairies That Draw the Weather.” The new content teases “Fairies that draw the weather. The written weather pattern becomes a permanent magic / trap card and has a great influence on the field and fairies. Let’s explore the secrets of the changing weather!”

    News that Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel topped 20 million downloads comes not long after the game’s previous 10 million downloads milestone in February 2022.

    Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel launched in January 2022 across Windows PC (via Steam), Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and both iOS and Android.
