Falcom has announced Ys Memoire: The Oath in Felghana, a new remaster of their previous remake of Ys III: Wanderers from Ys.

Ys Memoire: The Oath in Felghana is launching in Japan for Nintendo Switch sometime in spring 2023.

Ys Memoire: The Oath in Felghana

Ys Memoirs: Oath of Felghana, one of the best titles in the “Ys” action RPG series, has been remastered in HD with additional elements. Ys Memoirs: Oath of Felghana” will be released in the spring of 2023 as the second Nintendo Switch title to be released by the company.

HD Remastering and Higher Sound Quality

HD remastering to match the Nintendo Switch™! Upgraded from the PSP version to HD quality to realize more vivid graphic expression, as well as high-quality BGM and various SEs.

Three types of sound can be switched

In-game BGM can be selected from the “Original Version” used in the PC version of “Ys – Oath of Ferghana”, the original “PC-8801 Version”, and the “X68000 Version”.

Equipped with high-speed mode and support functions for beginners

A new feature, “High-Speed Mode,” allows players to change field movement and battles to 1.5x or 2.0x speed! The user can switch between modes at any time with a single button for more comfortable gameplay. The game also includes various support functions for beginners of action games, such as the “Not Fall” function, which allows players to recover immediately with no damage even if they fall from a high place.
