Publisher NIS America announced the western release date for the Ys IX: Monstrum Nox PS5 port.

The latest in Falcom’s long-running RPG series is coming to PS5 on May 9th in North America and May 12th in Europe.

The RPG has been available on PlayStation 4 since February 2021, and for Windows PC (via GOG, and Steam) and Switch since July 2021.

Preorders for the limited edition of Ys IX: Monstrum Nox on PS5 are open now on NIS America’s website. At $89.99 plus shipping, this includes the game itself along with other goodies such as the short novel, artbook, collector’s box, and more.
