Frontier Developments have finally opened the floodgates to the premium beta for their upcoming space sim, Elite: Dangerous.
Before you start reaching for your wallet or purse, the game’s early access beta has quite a hefty price tag – one hundred and fifty dollars.

Beta online multiplayer PLUS Single Player Combat missions to develop your Sidewinder skills
Automatic access to all the Beta development stages
All major downloadable expansion packs as they are release
A download copy of the released game
Featured above, you can also see some new footage that was published from their alpha build, showcasing the supercruising feature – only this time without flight assist on.
