Level-5 has confirmed Yo-kai Watch 4 is coming west.

The news was confirmed at this year’s Anime Expo (via HDKirin), during the company’s panel at the show. A Japanese trailer with English subtitles was shown, however photos and video were not allowed at the event.

Due Yo-kai Watch expanding into a cross-media franchise, Level-5 noted there is untranslated content in Yo-kai Watch movies that players need to view in order to understand what is happening in the latest video game. Despite Level-5 not being able to commit to localizing the movies, they noted they’re definitely considering it.

Yo-kai Watch 4 launched in Japan on June 20th for Nintendo Switch.
