• Yo-Kai Watch series launches 10th anniversary site

    Level-5 has launched a 10th anniversary website for the Yo-Kai Watch series to celebrate its 10th birthday this week.

    The new celebratory website has a rundown on the series’ history, alongside new digital goodies for fans like LINE stamps, wallpapers, and more. Level-5 is planning a bunch of festivities to celebrate the milestone, including YouTube screenings for its anime movies with commentary from its cast, a 10th anniversary radio program, and more.


    The very first game in the series, Yo-Kai Watch, was released for the Nintendo 3DS back in July 2013 for Japan, which came west later in 2015.

    The most recent game, Yo-kai Watch Jam: Yo-kai Academy Y – Waiwai Gakuen Seikatsu, was released back in 2020 for Japan and hasn’t gotten a western release.
