Xbox has clarified an issue where players were getting suspended due to their console automatically uploading clips of Baldur’s Gate 3 online.

According to a post explaining the situation, uploading a clip of Baldur’s Gate 3, a game that was approved for and playable on Xbox consoles, via the console’s upload feature (with auto-upload apparently being “on” by default) can get a player suspended:

The official Xbox Support Twitter account clarified the matter however, and noted that they can reverse suspensions that were “taken in error”:
