Nintendo has announced worldwide sales for Nintendo Switch have topped 17.79 million units.
The new milestone was reached as of March 31st of this year, a little over a year since its launch on March 3rd of last year. Nintendo is also forecasting to ship 20 million extra Switch units between April of this year and March of next year.
The company also published the software sales tallies for their own Switch titles, which includes the first sales figures for the recently launched Kirby: Star Allies.
- Super Mario Odyssey – 10.41 million units
- Mario Kart 8 Deluxe – 9.22 million units
- The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild – 8.48 million units
- Splatoon 2 – 6.02 million units
- 1-2 Switch – 2.29 million units
- ARMS – 1.85 million units
- Xenoblade Chronicles 2 – 1.31 million units
- Kirby: Star Allies – 1.29 million units
Also noted in their financial results is the milestone that over 68.97 million Switch games have been sold worldwide.
The Nintendo Switch is now available worldwide, for $299.
