Publisher MY.GAMES and developer The Farm 51 announced World War 3 is holding a public stress test, to prep the game for its incoming open beta.

While the game launched via Steam Early Access a few years ago, World War 3 is holding a public stress test to prepare for the game’s open beta in March 2022, and finally when it will transition to a free-to-play model. Players can expect two modes and four maps: Team Deathmatch in Belrin and Warsaw, as well as Tactical Ops in Berlin, Warsaw, Moscow, and Polyarny. Any players that participate in the stress test will get an exclusive reward: the LWH Dark Helmet.

Furthermore, any users that have play during the public stress test will keep their progress made prior through the closed beta but once the open beta launches, all player progress will be reset.

The new public stress test is running from today, February 3rd, at 13:00 CET/12:00 GMT/04:00 PT/07:00 ET until February 7th at 13:00 CET/12:00 GMT/04:00 PT/07:00 ET. Players can get the PC game via its Steam page or MY.GAMES online website.
