SNK Corporation has announced a new playable character for The King of Fighters XIV. The iconic whip-brandishing female Whip will join the game. Featured above, you can view a new trailer showcasing her new appearance and moves.

Whip first appeared in The King of Fighters ’99 as the new member to the Ikari team, and also has a real name, Seirah. She also earned the nickname Muchiko, which roughly translates to Whip Girl, or Whippy.

SNK is adding Whip to the game on April 5th, for $4.99. There’s two more characters planned according to the teaser, which you can read more about here.
