Watch Dogs was a very promising launch title for the Playstation 4 and Xbox One, unfortunately Ubisoft has confirmed that the game is being delayed to early next year.

The team behind Watch Dogs elaborated on why the game has been delayed:

“Our ambition from the start with Watch Dogs has been to deliver something that embodies what we wanted to see in the next-generation of gaming,” … “It is with this in mind that we’ve made the tough decision to delay the release until Spring 2014.”

So there you have it, Watch Dogs is coming out next year. The launch line up for both PS4 and Xbox One have both lost a very promising title.
