Warhammer: Vermintide 2 Gets Free Week on Steam

Fatshark are currently running a free week for Warhammer: Vermintide 2 on Steam, to celebrate the franchise’s 5th anniversary.

Players can try the game out for free until November 1st. The game will also be heavily discounted during this period. While the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions don’t have a free week event, they can still take part in the franchise’s 5th anniversary festivities. This includes a special community event, a limited time mission, and the free Obese Megalodon hat.

Warhammer: Vermintide 2 is a 4-player co-op action game set in the Warhammer Fantasy Battles world. Sequel to the critically acclaimed Vermintide, Vermintide 2 is the latest installment in a franchise best known for its intense and bloody first-person melee combat.
