Warframe – Gauss Prime Access Guide

Warframe Gauss Prime Prime Access

The fastest Warframe has been primed and is now ready to go. Get ready for the Gauss Prime Access.

Gauss Prime has just released, five years after being initially introduced to the game. As is usual with new Primed frames, he also gets a Prime Access.

The Prime Access buying experience can be a little confusing, so we’ll break down each category, as well as detail what each pack contains, to make things easier.

Weapons Pack – $49.99

  • 1050 Platinum
  • Acceltra Prime
  • Akarius Prime

The Weapons Pack contains Gauss’ signature weapons, the Acceltra and Akarius. Both fire explosive rockets and gain faster reload speeds while sprinting, which is enhanced even more when wielded by Gauss.

Accessories Pack – $49.99

  • Doppline Prime Armor
  • Altra Prime Syndana
  • 90 Day Affinity Booster
  • 90 Day Resource Amount Booster
  • Gauss Prime Blazargaze Helmet
  • Gauss Prime Floof
  • Noggle Statue – Gauss Prime

The accessories pack contains items that can be used with any Warframe, aside from the exclusive helmet. It’s worth noting that most of these items can’t be acquired in-game, so it’s worth picking this pack up if you want any of the items contained in it.

Prime Pack – $79.99

  • 2625 Platinum
  • Gauss Prime
  • Acceltra Prime
  • Akarius Prime
  • Exclusive Prime Glyphs

The Prime Pack contains Gauss Prime himself, alongside his primed weapons. This is the standard package unless you also want any cosmetics.

Complete Pack – $139.99

  • 3990 Platinum
  • Gauss Prime
  • Acceltra Prime
  • Akarius Prime
  • Exclusive Prime Glyphs
  • Doppline Prime Armor
  • Altra Prime Syndana
  • 90 Day Affinity Booster
  • 90 Day Resource Amount Booster
  • Gauss Prime Blazargaze Helmet
  • Gauss Prime Floof
  • Noggle Statue – Gauss Prime

This is the most complete pack, which includes Gauss Prime, both of his weapons, and every prime accessory related to him.

So, which pack should you actually buy? Well, the full pack costs $139.99 and includes everything, however, buying the Prime and Accessory Packs separately will net you all of its contents for $129,98.

The catch is that you are losing out on 1365 Platinum. If that doesn’t make a difference to you, then by all means buy the packs separately. If you think that the $10 difference is worth the extra platinum, then you can go ahead and buy the complete pack.

It’s worth noting that both Gauss Prime and his weapons can be acquired in-game by cracking relics. The only items that are exclusive to Prime Access are the Accessories and Glyphs.

Warframe is available on Microsoft Windows (Through Steam), PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S.
