Gaijin Entertainment’s popular vehicular multiplayer shooter War Thunder has just released its latest big content update.

Patch 1.87 Locked On! brings the game into the 21st century with a variety of modern military vehicles.

Some of the new Rank VII vehicles include the American M1A1 Abrams, Russian T-80U, British Challenger 2, and German Leopard 2A5. You can read the full patch notes here, and check out the launch trailer above.

The patch’s name is also a reference to the new air vehicles in the game. This patch includes new French helicopters, supersonic jets, cruisers, and the introduction of sophisticated radar technology. Rounding out the patch is a pair of new maps.

War Thunder is available on Windows PC, Mac, Linux (all via Steam), PS4, and Xbox One.
